Barbara West Obituary
Barbara "Bobbi" West (97) passed away December 18, 2023 at her home in Bosque Farms.
Bobbi was born in Seattle, Washington in 1926. As a young woman during the war, she worked at the Seattle Boeing plant as a riveter building B-17 bombers. After she moved to New Mexico in 1946, she learned to fly, rode motorcycles, and raced cars. She was an accomplished silversmith, and ran several businesses. Her adventurous spirit led her on many travels throughout her life. She is survived by her children, Rubye Kelly and husband Elvis, Randy West, and Val Reser and husband Ron, and many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of services, friends and family are invited to a celebration of life on April 13, 2024 at 2pm. Email [email protected]

I´m sorry to have missed a talk with Bobbie. We are distantly related ( we share a grandfather-William Fletcher Wells) WFs daughter was my gg grandmother by his first wife, Susie Seaman, buried in our hometown of Moriarty! It appears your mother led a great life-I´m sorry I didn´t get to know her. Susie McComb, Moriarty, NM
