Annie Flanigan Obituary
She was born in Elba, AL., to the late Shelby and Ruby Wilkins. Annie moved to Albany in 1966 from Phoenix City, AL. She graduated from Albany High School in that same year. Annie worked for C&S bank as a data processor and retired in 1994. She was a member of First Methodist Church of Albany.
Annie was a good cook, enjoyed baking cakes and sewing. She also enjoyed helping others by volunteering at Phoebe Cancer Center and Meals on Wheels. In addition to her parents Ms. Flanigan was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Talmadge Houston, a son Harold S. Houston and her latest husband, Dan Flanagan.
Survivors includer her children, Gail Carter (Rod) of Tallahassee, FL., Margie McIntyre (David) of Parrott, GA., and Mike Houston (Teresa) of Cobb, GA., and a sister Sally Carmichael.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
Those desiring may make donations in memory of Annie Flanigan to First Methodist Church of Albany. 307 Flint Ave. Albany, GA 31701.

To all of family, I am so sorry
for your loss. I remember Annie Ruth from church. She was always so nice and had a great attitude. She had a great smile and was pleasant to talk with. May all of you be blessed with the good memories you shared with her. Blessings to all.
