It was a pleasure knowing Fritz at UI through the years. My favorite memory is the time Fritz bought me a beer at the old Sleigh House in Hamden as I walked in soaking wet to read the meter. I didn´t know him at that point. I told him I couldn´t have it or i could get in trouble. Once I took a sip he kiddingly said he would tell my boss. When I met Fritz again from working in the storeroom at Skiff St I told him the story. We both had a good laugh. What a great guy. May he rest in eternal peace.

Dear Marilyn and the Bonyai families, Laurel and I are devastated to hear of Fritz's passing. He always referred to you as sweet Marilyn. Fred was a kind man, a great friend and mentor, he treated everyone equally with respect and dignity. I for one will miss his whit and laughter. God bless and rest in peace.
