Diane M. (Landis) Fermato, 89, of Schnecksville, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Fellowship Villa, Whitehall, where she had been residing. She was the wife of the late Frank M. Fermato. Born in Allentown, April 7, 1936, Diane was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Achey) Landis. She was employed as an executive secretary for Hanover Engineering in Trexlertown for many years before retiring. Diane was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Allentown.
Survivors: Sons, Steven F. Fermato (Becky) of Schnecksville, David J. Fermato of Palmerton; sister, Sally Fryling of Whitehall; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; predeceased by a daughter, Margie S. Clever.
Service: A memorial service will be held 10:30 am. Friday, October 17, 2025, at the First Presbyterian Church of Allentown, 3231 West Tilghman Street, Allentown, with The Rev. Dr. Kathryn Foster officiating. Family and friends may pay their respects from 10:00 am. – 10:30 am. prior to the service. Interment will immediately follow the service. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association c/o the funeral home, P.O. Box #196, Schnecksville, PA 18078-0196.
