Christopher Wheeler Obituary

Christopher Marshall Wheeler passed July 19, 2023. He was born November 14, 1972, in Baltimore, Maryland. His oldest daughter Addison preceded him. He is survived by daughters Emory and Marin, his brother Ty, sister Kelly and his parents Robert and Opal. He also leaves behind his long time girlfriend Consuelo and her daughter Sofia, and his ex-wife Megan. Chris was such an outgoing friendly person. He never knew a stranger and his presence filled every room. He was the person his family and friends turned to first because he never failed to provide whatever support was needed. He was so very caring and was greatly admired and loved. His enthusiasm and energy was contagious. He made and kept many close friendships. Chris loved technology and always had the latest gadgets and was much-needed tech support for the entire family. He was an avid KU basketball fan. Chris received his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas, his law degree at UMKC and his MBA at Washington University in St Louis. After a brief period of time practicing law he was employed in the consumer goods industry and then in the global positioning field. He traveled extensively for both his work and with his family to many locations including India, China, Columbia, Spain, France, Australia, and his favorite: Hawaii. Chris was a good athlete- a running back in high school and an avid skier. He loved playing tennis and golf. He was very generous with his time and assets and most importantly, was greatly loved by his family. He has been welcomed by God and is finally reunited with his daughter, Addison, his closest friend, Tony, and all of his loved ones who passed before him. His memorial service will be held at 2 PM, August 4th at the Rundus Funeral home in Broomfield, CO.
