Gerald KOSTUSIAK Obituary
- September 29, 2023
Age 92. Of South Buffalo, Beloved husband of 68 years to Anna M. (nee Mallette); loving father of Mary Ann, Paul G. (Carol E.), Carol M. (Mark) Castonguay, Thomas J., Kimberly A. (Jane), Kathryn M. Palermo, and David M. (Sarah); 20 grandchildren; 6 great-grand children, and many nieces and nephews. Jerry worked for 35 years at AT&T and was the owner of Sage General Contracting. He served in Korea in the Army Signal Corps. The family is grateful for the kind and caring support of the staff at Mercy Nursing Facility at OLV, and the many aides who care for him at home prior to OLV. The family will receive friends on Tuesday October 3 from 3 to 7 PM at LOOMIS, OFFERS & LOOMIS, INC. MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1820 Seneca Street. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Saint Teresa's RC Church on Wednesday, October 4 at 1 PM. Please assemble at church.

Sorry to know, many months too late, of Mr. Kostusiak´s passing. The whole family added a Family room a Parental Retreat and other modifications to my Parent´s home on Whitfield. Re met Tom a few years ago Re Seneca St. Gerry (whom I´d never have dared call him when a kid) was decent, kind, pretty terrific and a True Blessing to all privileged to have known him and his Family.

I remember my dad Frank Zwack working with Gerry at AT&T for many years. Dad is gone and I´m sure he and Gerry will be having a good time together again. Prayers to you and the family
