Wayne Brooks Obituary

Wayne Roland Brooks, 77, of Linthicum, passed away at his home on September 8, 2024. He was born in Baltimore to the late Marguerite and Carnes Brooks. He retired from J.E. Smith Paper Company in Millersville, after many years of service. Wayne enjoyed crossword puzzles and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Prichard. Wayne is survived by his loving sisters, Diane M. Baltzley (Donald) and Karen G. Connolley; adored nephews and nieces, Samuel and William Miller, Thomas Reagan, Nicholas Mastracci, James, Michael and Tiffany Prichard and Teresa Gale; and beloved grand-nephew and grand-niece, Joshua and Brooke Reagan. Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Avenue S.W. (at Crain Hwy), Glen Burnie, on Thursday, September 12th, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM. A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held on Friday, 10:30 AM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
