June 18, 1932 - March 23, 2025
Sumner, Washington - Mary C. Porter, born June 18, 1932 to Raymond Porter and Hazel Kidder in Port Angeles Washington. On March 23, 2025, Mary passed away peacefully in her sleep. Mary enjoyed attending church, singing in the choir, playing the piano and organ, and gardening in the yard. Preceded in death by her husband Paul L. Loyle in 2023 and her brother Seldon Porter 2017. Mary met Paul when he was stationed at the Coast Guard base in Port Angeles Washington, and they were married in 1951 for 71 years. Survived by her sister Ruth Crapo, son Daniel Loyle and daughter Cathy Sheridan. A graveside service was held on April 4th at Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn Washington.
