Donna Davis Obituary
Visitation will be from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow the visitation Saturday at Riverside Cemetery. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Donna was born in Chicago, IL, but grew up in Marion, KY. Donna was born September 18, 1942 the daughter of the late Morris and Louise Loftis. Following retirement from South Central Bell, Donna got her realtor's license and began to pursue a career in real estate. Donna volunteered at Jennie Stuart Medical Center where she served as Pink Lady and ran the gift shop. Donna attended Grace Episcopal Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Idell Davis.
Survivors include her son: Jamie (Tam) Schamp of Eddyville, KY; her sisters: Alice Loftis of Chicago, IL and Patsy Yuen of Glendale, CA; her grandchildren: Brittany Davis Haugh, Amanda Harden Davis, and Shelly Harden Hester; several great grandchildren; and her niece: Sindy Owens of Chandler, AZ.
