Debbie Ann Rader-Miltenberger, 62, passed away on September 23, 2024 surrounded by her family at Persimmon Ridge Nursing Home.
She was born on July 7, 1962 at Marion General Hospital in Marion to John H. Rader and Mary Edith (Moore) Rader.
Debbie graduated from Blackford High School in 1980. She earned her associate degree in dental hygiene and certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
She worked 18 years at Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she was greatly respected and admired for her care, even being named Employee of the Year.
Debbie deeply loved the Lord. She attended Sunny Crest Baptist Church in Marion, Indiana. She was diagnosed with Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2018.
She is survived by her 3 children, her mother, Mary Edith (Moore) Rader of Portland; brother, John H. (wife, Loretta) Rader Jr. of Hartford City and Rickie L. Rader of Hartford City; sister, Charlene (husband, Bob) Krieg of Portland; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, John H. Rader and sister-in-law, Nancy Sue Rader.
Funeral service will be at 2 pm Monday, September 30, 2024 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St., Hartford City. Burial will follow at Hartford City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12 to 2 pm Monday, September 30, 2024 at Keplinger Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Dementia Society of America www.Dementia Society.org/donate, please make online gifts in memory of Debbie Ann Miltenberger.

My sister(kelly payne jeffrey) and I (kim payne perdue) worked with debbie at rolling meadows. Debbie was such a good worker,joy to all and the residents and employees just loved her!!! She was truly a great woman. Our thoughts and prayers to her children and their families.
