William E. Patuzzi, 94, of Marion, passed away at 12:45 pm on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Aperion Care in Marion. He was born in Danbury, Connecticut, on September 17, 1930, to John and Anita (Rafferty) Patuzzi. On November 28, 1968, he married Lois A. (Kessinger) Cook.
William graduated from Fairfield Prep and proudly served in the military. Following his military service, he was a Plant Manager for 57 years with Tulox, retiring after a dedicated career. William also volunteered at the hospital, was a master mason, and belonged to the Sweetser Lions Club. He loved deer hunting, playing cards, swimming, fishing, and spending time with his family. He enjoyed woodworking, always had new cars, and visited all 50 states.
Survivors include his sons, Jeff (Mary Ann) Cook of Amboy, David (Donna) Patuzzi of Goshen, Tom (Trudi) Patuzzi of Dunnellon, FL, and Greg Patuzzi of Sweetser; daughter, Diane Lewis of Marion; sister, Bridgetta Germain; grandchildren, Cole Patuzzi, Breann (Chad) Schubert, Amanda (Emilie) Trent, Joshalynn (Sam) Segura, Vanessa Patuzzi, Cody Patuzzi, and Dylan (Caitlyn) Patuzzi; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois A. Patuzzi; father, John Patuzzi; mother, Anita V. Patuzzi; grandson, Jesse Hall; and first wife, Lillian Patuzzi.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Kokomo Zion Church, 5051 Co. Rd. E. 400 N., Kokomo, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate William's life will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Keith Chanley officiating. Burial will take place at Kokomo Zion Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Alzheimer's Association, 50 E. 91st St., Ste. 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
