May 6, 1938 - November 4, 2023
Due to multiple complications from cancer surgeries, Kathy lost her battle with illness on the morning of November 4th, at home with loved ones by her side.
Our hearts are broken, and we will never truly heal, as we mourn the loss of a loving wife of 65 years, a beloved mom of 2 daughters (1 who preceded her in death in 2013) and spouse, a wonderful grandma of 4 and their spouses, and a wonderful great grandma of 6. Her family meant everything to her. She is now at peace in heaven and will be forever in our hearts. She will be dearly missed. From the wisdom of her 4-year-old great granddaughter, "Don't be sad, she is happy in heaven." Cremation at Fairmount Cemetery with graveside service at a later date.

I´m so grateful to have had such a dear, sweet, and precious mom. I have so many wonderful memories of you. I don´t know what I´ll do without you, but I will always carry you with me in my heart everyday. I will love you and miss you forever. I will not only remember the fun times, and how caring you were but I´ll also remember your funny sense of humor.

What a special woman. I was so lucky to have such a wonderful grandmother. The memory of her will live forever in my heart and she will forever be missed and loved!
