It was an absolute honor to have gotten the chance to have known Kyle these past couple of years while attending Concord High with him. He was just the absolute life of the party and anyone who had the chance of getting to know Kyle just knew he would brighten ever single room he was present in. He had this huge smile and contagious laugh that made everyone around him feel welcomed. Being able to have a friendship with him was one of the best things that could have ever happened in my life. He was there for me at my lowest and always knew the right things to say to pick me up. He even spent my 16th birthday with me alongside some of the friends we shared because he didnt want me to spend it alone. He always had a way of bringing people together without anyone ever realizing it. One of the best things that I had the privilege of seeing was being able to watch Kyle play baseball his last two years of high school, in which he played alongside with my boyfriend. Kyle and I would always joke about who could cheer for him the loudest. Moments with him are memories I will cherish forever. Kyle will always have a special place in my heart and will never be forgotten. My love and prayers go out to his family and friends. ❤

I have known you for as long as I can remember. I was always excited to come over and play with the nerf guns or whatever toys you had, I was even happy with just sitting in the game room watching you play while I played music on the computer and took selfies on your phone. When it was time for highschool, I was so happy to see you walk through the halls at Concord High with me. As we got older, we became busier but we still were able to see each other every now and then. Im glad I got to walk with you to our classes at DVC because even with us becoming young adults it was as if we were never apart. I am so thankful I got to see you that Monday before with your new piercings and your bucket hat on. I hadnt seen you in awhile and god brought us together so that I can see your smile and hear your voice. You will always receive love from me and I will always be thinking of you. I love you so much Kyle Erickson.

Kyle, El Kako. You won my heart when I first met you in your kindergarten class. Always the funny one. The one to put a smile on everyones face. Amado and you became fast friends and would always joke around in class and in Cub Scout meetings.
You will never be forgotten. Sylvia, Bren, Martha & Carlos, my sincere and heartfelt condolences. Kyle will truly be missed.

Kyle was not only my coworker, but also my friend. All of the memories we had together were at work. We would always argue about whos going to stay on register and whos going to help out on the sales floor. Anytime I saw Kyles name on the schedule, I would get super excited and I knew that it would be a great shift. There were also many times we play argue in front of customers and they would always say wow you guys are like brother and sister. Not to mention, the many times I would have to have Kyle convince me to not buy items I wanted haha. I am so grateful to have gotten the chance to know Kyle. He will forever hold a special place in my heart and I will never forget him. Kyle and his family will always be in my prayers. ❤

You had such an amazing, kind, and witty soul Kako. I will always cherish the great memories we had together growing up, especially the ones at Disneyland. One of my favorites was when you pretty much only wanted to eat "chippies and juice" the entire Disney trip. We will all miss your presence in this world and look forward to seeing you once again. I know you are looking down on us smiling and laughing with your kind heart. Love you forever

Kako - words are difficult. Know that we will cherish the memories we have with you and your family. We will support and love your parents and grandparents as they attempt to deal with this horrific tragedy. I read someone else's words and they were spot on - you were the perfect combination of your parents - your mom's kind, loving heart and your dad's humor and wit. You will be missed and cherished. Our love forever.... The Parry's

Im missing you so much Kyle. I wish you could be here with all of us, but instead we are mourning the loss of you. I cant wait for the day Im able to receive your bear hug, laugh with you, and see your smile again. Theres not a day that goes by I dont think about you. We will celebrate you forever and ever, as a family. We all feel your presence as we gather together to share all of our personal memories each of us has had with you. Even the somewhat inappropriate Kyle memories. Oh how much i miss your goofiness. I promise to always hold your family close, especially your favorite pup. Sylvia & Bren, thank you for opening up your arms and giving me your love. I will forever cherish you both. I will always be your adopted daughter. I love you guys so much.

So proud of the man you were becoming, so blessed to see you grow up, and the fun and laughter your presence always brings! How we will miss you so much! You were the best of both of your parents and knew love so well you shared your happiness with us! You taught me not to take life so seriously, that its better to be ridiculous or goofy then boring , that laughing and making people laugh is priceless! "A day without laughter is a day wasted." Bren and Sylvia you have my love and support always! Be riding space mountain with a shoe on my face to remind me of our ride together. ❤ I LOVE YOU KYLE! ❤

Kyle was my best friend, homie, brother.. all of the above. We did everything together. Spent almost everyday before quarantine together and would go on road trips, parties and outings in general together. You name it. We hung out at each others houses and with each others friends. Never a dull moment with him. We shared a special bond and close relationship. Everyone saw us as two peas in a pod. And yes, we got into trouble with each other also. His laugh and his humorous personality are 2 things that I wont ever forget. Everyone knows he was a funny, sarcastic dude and could come up with comebacks with a snap of your fingers. I love him with all I got and he will forever have a special place in my heart
