Deborah Williams Obituary

GENEVA- Deborah Williams, 69, passed away peacefully on Thursday (October 19, 2023), at home.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday (October 27), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.

Deborah was born on January 1, 1954, in Geneva and was a daughter of the late James and Catherine (Ross) Sapp. She worked as a counselor for many years, retiring from the VA in Canandaigua. Deborah enjoyed fishing, cooking, and playing the lottery. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Erin Porter of Geneva, Erica Porter of Geneva, and Jarette Porter of Watertown; stepdaughter, Selena (Willie) McKoy of Geneva; brothers, Andrew (Pamela) Collier of Atlanta, Ga. and Gerald Nelson of Fla.; sister, Jerry Gardner of S.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Deborah was predeceased by her husband, Charles Williams; son, Adriean Porter; brother, Charlie B. Parker; sister, Joyce Northrup, and granddaughter, Traminique Porter.
