Violet Heinen Obituary
Vi was born September 21, 1935 in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin the daughter of Elmer and Christina (Huenink) Heinen.
She was a loving mother and wife who enjoyed oil painting, ceramics, sewing, shell crafting, and loved to walk and volunteering.
Vi is survived by her husband, Joseph "Joe" Haney of Warren, whom she married in January of 2023; six children, Victoria (Andrew) Heinen-Everts of Warren; Wendallyn Coppock of Anderson, Brian Heinen of Mebane, North Carolina, Brenda Heinen of Martinsville, Krystal (Jon) Smith of Warren and Kathleen (Bradley) Blinn of Warren; her brother, Robert Heinen of Wisconsin; eleven grandchildren, Ellie (Michael), Brandon (Cristin), Sarah (Cody), Samuel, Rachel, Amanda, Rebecca (Kory), Andrew (Gabby), Garret (Sarah), Elizabeth (Jordan), Benjamin (Jamie); six great grandchildren, Wyatt, Piper, Heather, Rylan, Valerie, Elijah; several nieces and nephews.
Vi was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Russell Heinen; two sisters, Marian and Charlotte and son, Darrel.
Services will be 11 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Heritage Pointe Chapel with Chaplain Gerald Moreland officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Heritage Pointe Chapel and visitation Monday, August 18, 2025 at 10 a.m. followed by the service at 11 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to Heritage Pointe of Warren; 801 Huntington Avenue; Warren, IN 46792.
