Denton Earp Obituary
January 28, 1979 - November 6, 2024
Denton Staley "Denny" Earp, age 45, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024, after a brief illness. Denny was born January 28, 1979, in Danville, VA, to Jo Ann Craft Earp and Staley Ray Earp.
Denny was of the Baptist faith and was an electronic technician. He graduated from GW High School and attended DCC for his two-year degree in electronics. He will always be remembered as a kind and loving son, nephew, and friend to everyone who knew him.
In addition to his beloved parents, he is also survived by his uncle, Mark Craft; and his wife, Debbie.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Charlie and Betty Collie Craft, and Staley and Louise Wiles Earp.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Highland Burial Park with Pastor Steve Chromy officiating. A visitation will be held Friday, November 8, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Norris Funeral Service, Mt Hermon Chapel, 3995 Franklin Turnpike, Danville, VA.
At other times the family will receive friends and family at the residence of his parents.
Memorial donations in memory of Denny may be made to the Mt. Hermon Volunteer Fire and Rescue, 4268 Franklin Turnpike, Danville, VA, 24540.
