Dennis Launiere Obituary

Dennis R. Launiere left us unexpectedly, Tuesday, December 30, 2024, to be with his Lord. He is predeceased in death by his beloved wife Judy (Cripps) Launiere, brother Joseph and parents Richard and Donna Launiere. He is survived by his stepchildren Greg Johnson and Amy Postma (Todd). Dennis is also survived by his sister Laurie Higgins-Dolcey (Michelet), Susan Martin and brothers Doug Launiere and Michael Launiere (Jennifer) and several nieces and nephews and great nephews and his very special little buddy Sebastian.
Dennis was a Die Maker by trade for over 45 years and loved his job and those he worked with and for. Denny and Judy spent countless summers at Big Bend Park and formed a special family with his friends at the park. The Detroit Tigers lost a faithful follower. We will miss you! The Memorial Mass will be celebrated Wednesday January 8, 2025, at 11:00 am at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. The family will receive visitors at the church one hour before the Mass. The family will receive visitors Tuesday January 7, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Arsulowicz Brothers Remembrance Mortuary, 3525 Remembrance Rd NW where the Rosary will be prayed Tuesday at 7:00 pm. To the Launiere Family -

It seems like there is never a good time to say goodbye to a loved one. But our faith assures us that it is not truly a "goodbye" but a "see you later". Know that are hearts go out to you all here, and that Dennis is reunited with all those who went before us. You can count on our love and prayers. The Hartwell´s
