Of your charity pray for the repose of the soul of Betty, who passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on the 7th February, 2023 and fortified by the holy mother church, aged 98 years, the dearly beloved wife of the late Ted, much loved and treasured mum of David and wife Jacky, very special grandma of Daniel, Jordan, Leon and Sasha, a proud great grandma and a dear auntie and lovely friend who will be sadly missed by everyone. R.I.P. At rest in the Alderson and Horan Funeral Home. Betty's funeral cortege will leave from her home on Saturday, 18th February, 2023 at 9-40 a.m. for Requiem Mass in St Mary's RC Church at 10 a.m. followed by committal at Burnley Crematorium, 11-30 a.m. Family flowers only please or donations are being received for Pendleside Hospice or CAFOD, c/o and all inquiries to Alderson and Horan Funeral Service, 128 Rossendale Rd, Burnley, BB11 5DH.
