Kenneth Collom Obituary

Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Collom September 13, 1979 - March 8, 2026 Kenneth "Kenny" Ray Collom, 46, of Jacksboro, Texas, passed away at his home on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Kenny was born on September 13, 1979, to Ray Allen Collom and Brenda Jo (Varner) Collom in Lubbock, Texas.

Kenny graduated from Jacksboro High School in 1998 and furthered his education at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. After college, Kenny pursued a career in the oilfield industry and later became an asset manager at Mercer Oilfield Services, where he worked for several years, until his health started to decline, causing him to retire.

Kenny was a son, grandson, brother, uncle, great uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Kenny is preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Eula Mae Collom, and Red and Geraldine Varner; mother, Brenda Isbell; nephew, Zachary Warren; aunt, Treva Chambless; along with several other aunts and uncles.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his dad, Ray Collom; stepdad, Mitchell Isbell; sister, Stephanie Watson; niece, Caitlin Warren; nephew, Christian Mott; 4 great nieces; 1 great nephew; several aunts and uncles and extended family and friends; 2 special cousins who he considered his siblings, Crystal Barnett and Chad Dunn.

Funeral services were held at 2 PM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Coker Funeral Home in Jacksboro, Texas.
