Dawn Colvin Obituary
May 14, 1949 - August 31, 2024
Passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024, after a short battle with cancer. Dawn worked as an Interior Designer for more than 20 years for JC Penny and Prange's. Dawn enjoyed traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She was a proud member of the Racine County & Burlington Genealogical Society. Dawn was an accomplished pianist and beginning at the age of 14 she played the organ at the Racine Christian Reformed Church. Dawn was preceded in death by her loving husband Larry and is survived by her sister Dorinne (Mark) Henken; Sisters-in-law Nita (Duane) Nicholson and Jane (Dwight) Nicholson; several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at the MAX A. SASS MISSION HILLS CHAPEL (8910 W Drexel Ave., Franklin) from 10 to 11:30 a.m. service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Racine Christian School.
