James Seckington Obituary

James John Seckington, born in Toronto, July 19, 1946, died at Brampton Civic Hospital, December 24, 2024. James was the loving husband to Pamela (nee Kuliak). He was the loving brother to Joan Nunnaro (Ralph), brother-in-law of Pat Clark (Doug), and dear uncle to Kim, Paul, Tricia, and Jason. James was predeceased by his father, James Seckington and mother, Jean (nee Watson) Seckington. James grew up in Weston, Ontario, and was a long-time employee of Eastman Kodak. He was a dedicated Mason, and active member of Sunnylea lodge, with leadership positions in Grand lodge and the Scottish Rite. The family will receive guests on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Glendale Funeral Home, 1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke ON, M9W 5T1 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a Masonic service to take place at 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at the Glendale Funeral Home Chapel at 12 p.m. followed by a burial on ground of Glendale Memorial Gardens. The family invites guests to join them at Elite Banquet Hall following the services at Glendale where you can share in further memories of James and fellowship with one another. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in memory of James to the Odette Cancer Centre, Sunnybrook Hospital.
