Potwin, Kansas - Richard E. "Dick" Black, of Potwin, KS passed away peacefully on Friday, June 14, 2024 after a short battle with old age. He was 83.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Potwin Christian Church, 224 Violet Avenue, Potwin, KS.
