Mildred Cobb Obituary

Mildred Irene Cobb 1935 ~ 2024 Maysville, Missouri Mildred Irene Cobb, age 88, was called home by her Lord and Savior on October 23, 2024. She was born November 3, 1935, in Maysville, Missouri, the daughter of Charles McCrea and Mary (Mills) McCrea. Mildred married the love of her life, Roy Cobb on July 7, 1956, at the Fairport Baptist Church and became a lifelong member there. She was kind, generous, and prided herself in being a homemaker, mother, and grandmother. She loved animals and life on the farm. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roy; daughter, Peggy Cobb; two brothers, Carl McCrea and Larry (Gail) McCrea; one sister, Katherine (Raymond) Harwood. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Charles) Meissen, Bethany, MO; three grandchildren, Sarah (Derek) Lowrey, Laredo, MO, Matt (Alyssa) Meissen, Bethany, MO, Ross (Brianne) Meissen, Lincoln, NE; six great-grandchildren, Macey and Tyson Lowrey, Cooper and Marjorie JoHelen Meissen, Huxlee and Bowen Meissen; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Fairport Baptist Church, Fairport MO, with burial immediately following at the Fairport Cemetery.
