Frederick Specht Obituary
Frederick J. Specht, age 78, of White Bear Lake, MN was called home to the Lord on Friday, October 10, 2025.
Born on November 5, 1946, in Detroit, MI, he was a teacher in the St. Paul School District for many decades.
Fred was preceded in death by his beloved wife Janet and daughter Jennifer; his parents Frank and Marcella Specht; and his in-laws Joe and Ruth Garner.
He is survived by his three sons Mike (his partner Carrie and two children Norah and Ben), Andy, and Jeff (his wife Laura); his five grandchildren Cody (his wife Sarah), Seth, Wyatt, Noah, and Gracie; his sister Susan; and brother-in-law Joe. He will be deeply missed but always remembered by those who knew and loved him.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Thursday, November 6, 2025 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Ave. NW, New Brighton, MN. Visitation one hour prior to the Mass. Interment Sunset Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
