Tyrone, Georgia - Mrs. Annie Will Butler, 93, of Tyrone, GA, formerly of Columbus, GA passed Thursday, August 10, 2023 in Tyrone, GA. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. EST at Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Phenix City, AL with Pastor Noble D. Williams, officiating. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery, Columbus, GA. Visitation is Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 2-5 p.m. EST according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Mrs. Butler was born December 21, 1929 in Russell County, AL to the late Essie B. Covington and the late Tommy Gary. She was a member of Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church and retired from Southern Textile Company.
Survivors include three children, Tommy (Adriene) Butler, Willie (Patricia) Butler and Ann (David) Reeves; five grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Please visit www.thetaylorfuneralhome.com to sign the online guest registry.
