Sandra Hamrick Obituary
Mrs. Hamrick was a native of Cleveland County, a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church, and attended Victory Baptist Church. She had also been a vet assistant for Dr. Gene Yarboro.
Mrs. Hamrick was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Quinton Woods; son, David Anthony Dain; brother, Kenneth Woods; and infant twin sisters, Glenda and Linda Woods.
She is survived by her mother, Patsy Cordell Woods of Shelby; daughter, Angela Poston and Jeremy of Shelby; sons, Daniel Quinton Dain of Shelby, and Spc. Joseph Caleb Dain and Magen of Evans, Ga.; brother, Alan Dale Woods and Kathie of Shelby; grandchildren, Anthony Poston, Megan Poston, Jessie Skelton, Jayden McCall, Brysen Dain and Andrew Dain; and her husband, Richard "Ricky" Hamrick of Shelby.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Cleveland Funeral Services.
Memorial Service: 2 p.m. Thursday at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel
Officiated By: Dr. Paul Sorrells and the Rev. Tom Faulk
Funeral Home: Cleveland Funeral Services is serving the family
Memorials: May be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 1613 East Morehead St., Charlotte, N.C. 28207

sandy you had been in my life since i was about 4 yrs old and i had spent as much time with you and ed and david as well as angel daniel and joseph,i spent every chance i could being around all of you,you will always and have always been very close and dear to my heart and you had dealt with more than your share through life,be happy,safe and know we love you always in my heart....

Mrs. Woods, I remember spending nights with Sandy when we were students at Lattimore. She was a good friend back then and although I hadn't seen her in years I still remember our friendship.
