Connie Breaman Obituary

Connie J. Breaman, 82 of South Sioux City, passed away Monday, January 22, 2024. A memorial service will be 10:30 A.M. Friday, January 26, 2024 at Hope Lutheran Church in South Sioux City. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service time at the church.

Connie’s obituary follows in her own words.

Connie Jean was born to Dewey L & Verrine I Berger on December 14th, 1941.

Connie was born in the small house on the Dewey Berger family farm a half mile west of Dakota City.

On April 20, 1963 she was united in marriage to James David Breaman.  To this union 2 children were born, James Dewey Jr. and Jill Danelle.

Survivors include her husband, James; son, James, Jr.; daughter Jill and son-in-law, David; 2 grandsons, Andrew of Chicago, and daughter-in-law, Emily; grandson, Matthew of Sheldon; and 2 great grandsons, Jace Harold of Sheldon and Oliver Bennett of Chicago; and sister, Patricia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Linda Joan Berger and Nancy Carole Dean; and 2 brothers, John Dean Berger and Thomas Dewey Berger.
