Daryl Larson Obituary
Daryl J. Larson, 63, of Center Point, Louisiana, passed away on January 21, 2024. He was born on November 30, 1960, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Martha Larson and the late Floyd Larson.
Daryl was known for his joyful spirit and deep faith in Jesus, which he shared with others. He was a skilled tradesman, excelling in air conditioning, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and construction. As the owner of Larson's A/C & Heating for over 30 years, he left a lasting impact on his community.
In his free time, Daryl found joy in restoring cars, building race cars, jet skiing on the Pearl River, and spending time on boats. He was a devoted husband and was awarded "Best Husband" during his marriage to Karen.
He is survived by his mother Martha Larson, sister Kristine Smith, and brother Joesph Larson. Daryl's father, Floyd Larson, preceded him in death.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 10:30 am at Northshore Church, 310 Kensington Blvd, Slidell, LA 70458. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests planting a tree or sunflowers in memory of Daryl.
Northshore Church in Slidell, Louisiana, is assisting with the funeral arrangements.
Daryl will be dearly missed by all who knew him, and his legacy of hard work, faith, and love for life will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him.

Bill Bowlegs Pirate Festival! I have to be honest, that was one of the best times I´ve ever had in Florida. And we couldn´t have done it without Daryl´s superb boating skills!

I met Daryl and Karen as we were neighbors in the Whisperwood neighborhood in Slidell. Daryl took care of my a/c and heating system and Karen always helped Daryl in answering the phone for their business. He loved life his family friends and neighbors. He will be sorely missed.
