Debra Anne Fahey, also known as Deb, peacefully passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 69 in Kanorado, Kansas. Born on October 10, 1954, in Pittsburgh, Kansas, Deb was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Deb was a kind-hearted individual who always had a helping hand to offer. She had a nurturing spirit and dedicated her time to caring for others. Deb's compassionate nature led her to work as a caregiver at a nursing home and serve as an EMT.

In addition to her caring nature, Deb enjoyed cooking. She was known for her bread making skills and making the best fried chicken. Her talent in the kitchen brought joy to countless gatherings. Deb also enjoyed gardening and tending to her houseplants, finding solace and beauty in nature.

Deb is survived by her husband, Mitch Fahey, her son Noah Fahey, her daughter Amelia Colyer, Nikki Haugaard, sister, Patty Ford, sister, her grandsons Joe Ford, Nakota Ford, and Bryden Ford and granddaughters Skye Ford and Maleya Ford.

She was preceded in death by her son Charley Ford, her son Benjamin Ford, her granddaughter ShiAnne Miller, her grandson Benjamin Ford, her mother Anne Ford, her father Robert Smith, her sister Vicki Bowling, and her brother Mike Smith.

A ceremony to celebrate Deb's life will be held on January 5, 2024, at 12:00 PM at the Kanorado Senior Center.

Deb will be remembered for her kindness, her baking skills and her love for her family. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
