I can never forget my little brother who has passed from this life to the next and joins his family in Heaven. We had so many good times and laughs together. I loved him then, now and always.
Rest in peace, brother Tom.

I was 4- years old when Tom was born. I remember being happy about that because up till then, I only had a "big sister ", Emmy.
Tom and I wore overalls most of the time when we were young. As a 3-year old novice in the art of talking, Tom called them "ho-hoes". About that time, dad bought a front- loading Bendix washing machine, which he installed in the basement." One day, fascinated by watching the clothes in the machine being washed (via the window in the door), Tom saw his overalls tumbling and announced, "My ho-hoes go roundy-roundy."
Emmy and I used to tease him by repeating his "roundy-roundy" quote for many years. Tom was followed by four more brothers. Teasing each other was common entertainment in our family. It continued until we eventually went our own ways in life.
