Michael Schott Obituary
Michael T. Schott, 55, passed away peacefully at home on May 18, 2023 due to cardiac health issues.
Michael was born in Framingham, MA on May 21, 1967, a son of the late James and Gertrude "Todd" (Shawley) Schott.
He graduated from Ashland High School in 1985 and went on to graduate from The University of Lowell with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1991. Mike spent his career working as a Senior Test Engineer for various companies, including Motorola, Hybricon, Vibren, NEC Technologies and Leading Edge before focusing on independent contracting.
Mike's passion was fishing and being out in nature. He did fresh water, salt water and ice fishing for many years. Once he had his boat he added lobster traps for fun. He took up SCUBA diving and loved snorkeling in the US Virgin Islands. He loved playing piano and guitar and listening to music. Mike always enjoyed spending time with his many friends at Piccolino's Restaurant "the Pic".
He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Jill Parrino; siblings, Steven Schott of Englewood, FL, David Schott of East Falmouth, and Tracie Schott of Sturgeon Bay, WI; several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends and extended family.
