Pamela Walker Obituary

Pamela Stephens Walker

May 17, 1946 - March 10, 2025

Leslie, Georgia - Pamela Stephens Walker, 78, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, March 10, 2025. A private funeral service will be held in her honor.

Born in Macon, Georgia, Pam was the daughter of the late Anita Cannon Stephens and Curtis Lamar Stephens. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billington Sanders Walker V. A devoted member of First Presbyterian Church in Macon, Pam spent much of her life on the family farm in Leslie, Georgia, where she found joy in horseback riding and the beauty of country life. Some of her fondest memories were made on St. Simons Island, cherishing time with her family.

Pam had a deep love for animals and opened her home and heart to many rescue dogs over the years. Her compassion and warmth touched all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving son, Neil C. Walker of Leslie, Georgia, and her cherished grandchildren, Billington Sanders Walker VI and Neil Stephens Walker.

Pam's legacy of kindness, love for nature, and devotion to family will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved her.

Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, has charge of arrangements.

Sorry to hear of Pam's passing. I had not seen her since our time at Middle Ga College. She was a real joy to be with. She brought happiness to a small townlike Cochran Ga in 1964. Kenny Smith Gainesville ga.
