SAUK PRAIRIE, WI - Lawrence "Larry" T. Jensen, age 86, passed away at home in the comfort of his own home in Sauk City on Oct. 30, 2024, after a long struggle with dementia. Larry was born June 25, 1938, to the late Christian and Alice (Thompson) Jensen. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Patricia; two sons: Lawrence (Lois) Jensen Jr., and Christopher Jensen; grandchildren: Ryan (Amanda) Jensen, and Dane (Allie) Jensen; six great-grandchildren: Ivy, June, Beau, Jace, Liam, and Levi Jensen; brother-in-law, Lester (Phyllis) Peterson; sister in-law, Gail Voit. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a brother, Donald (Laura) Jensen; and a sister, Shirley Stanton; in-laws: Oscar and Hazel Peterson, Robert (Mary) Peterson, Roger Peterson, Clifford (Barbara) Grover, Renee Peterson, Dennis (Barbara) Peterson, Judy Peterson, and Daniel Voit.
As per Larry's wishes, private family services will be held.
The Jensen family would like to express their gratitude to caretakers, Serline and Eddie for their help.
