Jerzy Marciczkiewicz
Jerzy Marciczkiewicz, 87, of Middletown, loving husband of Czeslawa (Janos) Marciczkiewicz, passed away peacefully, Sunday, November 3, 2024, at MidState Medical Center.
Jerzy was born in Wysocko Wielkie, Poland, February 13, 1937, a son of the late Antoni Marciczkiewicz and Zofia (Klainert) Marciczkiewicz. He was employed at Southwick & Meister Inc. in Meriden until his retirement.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Magdalena Switala and her husband Roman of Middletown; his grandchildren Natalia Switala, David (Natalie) Switala, Klaudia and Martyna Marciczkiewicz; his brother Jan (Daniela) Marciczkiewicz; and his sister Maria (Richard) Kucharstcy. He was predeceased by his son Jarek Marciczkiewicz; and his brother Zbyszek Marciczkiewicz.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 11 a.m. in St. Stanislaus Church, 82 Akron St., Meriden. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Meriden. There will be no calling hours.
