Albert Brown Obituary

Albert (Jack) Brown was born January 11, 1935, in Navasota, Texas, passed away on October 30, 2025, in Conroe, Texas. Jack married Rose Ann Rizzo his high school sweetheart in August of 1954, a union that lasted until her death in March 2024.
Jack is survived by daughter Jackie Chandler (Bill), son Albert Brown (Wendy), granddaughters Christi Stewart (Darryl), Jeannie Page (Roger), grandson Justin Brown, and great grandchildren Lana Page, Lydia Page, Will Page, Victoria Stewart, and Rose Brown.
Jack served in the US Army, owned a cattle sale, worked as a Loan Officer, owned Star Furniture in Texas City for over thirty years, then after retiring continued to own and operate several shops at the Texas Renaissance Festival for over twenty years finally retiring for good in 2018.
For may years Jack was an avid angler, first in ponds and lakes then offshore where he competed in many fishing tournaments in his boat, the Belly Dancer.
Jack was a collector of coins, baseball cards, magazines, and other collectables making a business of his hobby visiting shops in small towns while traveling to scour for purchases to resell.
His wife Rose Ann was always at his side; they made a good team. Jack was devastated when he lost Rose Ann and spent his final time on this earth in anticipation of being reunited with her, his wish has now been granted.
