Allison Sainz Ramos passed away gracefully surrounded by the love of her family on September 26, 2024, in
Corpus Christi, Texas. Born on December 15, 1953, in Mathis, Texas, her vibrant spirit quickly became a beacon of warmth and generosity that would shine brightly throughout her 70 years of life.
Allison's journey was one marked by love, dedication, and a joyful embrace of life's every moment. She shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband, Ramon T. Ramos. Together, they navigated the winds of joy and adversity, solidifying a partnership that stood as a testament to their unwavering commitment to one another. Her legacy will be cherished and carried on through her three sons: Felipe S. Sanchez, Jesse S. Sanchez, and Michael R. Ramos.
Allison's joy multiplied with the births of her granddaughters, Katia "Katie" C. Sanchez, Elliette "Ellie" Sanchez, Vanessa Rodriguez, Ivan Rodriguez, and Aaron Rodriguez. She shared stories, lessons, laughter, and unending love with them, leaving an indelible mark on their lives. Always close to her heart was Opal, her grand cat.
Growing up in a large and loving family, Allison found strength and kinship with her siblings. She is survived by Maria J. Rodriguez, Ynes Sainz, Alice Walker, Frances Durieux, Juan Sainz, and Elizabeth Sainz. Allison now reunites with her departed sisters, Anita Rojas and Aurora Laureles, in peaceful rest.
