Andrea R. Blauch, 76, of Palmyra, PA, passed away peacefully in her beloved home on Saturday, February 22, 2025. She was the devoted wife of the late Bruce Blauch, with whom she shared 53 wonderful years of marriage.
Born in Lebanon, PA, on September 19, 1948, Andrea was the daughter of the late Anthony and Jeanne (Smith) DiEnno. She graduated from Annville-Cleona High School and Delaware Valley Academy of Medical Assistants. She dedicated 39 years of service to Hershey Medical Center.
Andrea was an adventurous spirit who found joy in the outdoors. She loved sailing with the love of her life, Bruce, and embraced every opportunity to explore nature-whether it was hiking in the mountains, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, or kayaking. She also loved time at the beach and traveling with family. Above all, Andrea's greatest joy was her family. She loved watching her grandchildren play sports and participate in their activities, always their biggest supporter.
Andrea is survived by her loving children, David J. Blauch (Tracy) of Boulder, CO, and Kristina Gibson (Bret) of Pittsburgh, PA; her cherished grandchildren, Kyle, Kaityn, and Delaney.
A service to celebrate Andrea's life will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. Interment will follow at 10:30 AM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Andrea's memory to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation to support environmental conservation, a cause close to her heart. Gifts in Memory of Andrea Blauch/Brandy Bay can be made online at www.CBF.org.
Andrea's adventurous spirit, kind heart, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
