Angeleena Romeo Obituary

Angeleena Maria Romeo, 57, of Lemoyne, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024, at Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center, Camp Hill. She was the daughter of Sandra (Wagner) Powers and the late Eugene Powers, born on August 20, 1967, in Baltimore, MD.

Angeleena never considered work to be the focus of her life; rather, she took pride in raising her daughter and being a part of her grandchildren’s lives. She was welcoming and easy to be around and always attentive to the needs of others. Angeleena lived modestly, but was very giving to friends, family and animals too. She had a soft spot for the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the years spent in Delaware with her late husband, Joseph, before his passing in 2014. She would relocate to South Central PA to be closer to her daughter, developing a special bond with her two granddaughters and spoiling them to no end. Her kindness and loving way will be missed.

Surviving Angeleena is her daughter, Breeanna R. Yoshimura (Dallas Smith) of Camp Hill; grandchildren, Maddison and Paisley; and a sister, Michele Grooms of Laurinburg, NC. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her loving husband and best friend, Joseph Romeo; and her biological mother, Rita Cyr.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
