Arthur "Art" H. Fink, Jr., age 89, of Wauwatosa, WI passed away peacefully and surrounded by family and friends on June 8, 2025 from complications of Parkinson's Disease.
Art was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 11, 1935 to the late Arthur and Teresa (Aukofer) Fink. He graduated from Marquette University High School, Marquette University and Marquette University Law School.
Art was a respected attorney, honest and trustworthy, giving sage and common sense counsel to his clients.
It was love at first sight when Art met Ann, his wife of 66 years. Together they worked hard and created a close-knit, faith-centered family. They modeled a loving marriage.
Always a man for others, he volunteered countless hours for many organizations, including St. Sebastian's Parish, Father Gene's Help Center, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Vision Forward Association, Jesuit Retreat House and Knights of Columbus, never seeking praise or recognition.
Art enjoyed being at the lake, traveling, skiing, playing golf, tennis and bridge. He liked to stay busy. He treasured his time with family and his many dear friends.
Art was a man of family, faith, humility and generosity. He was filled with gratitude for God's blessings and lived his Catholic faith by his actions.
Art is survived by his loving wife, Ann (Behling) Fink; his devoted children, Deborah (Mark) Frederick, David (Shari) Fink, Thomas (Cathy) Fink, Elizabeth (Matt) Sauer, Mary Kay (Chris) Zukowski and Michael (Melissa) Fink; his 18 cherished grandchildren, Maggie, Matt, Claire, Kaitlin, Kevin, Megan, Dan, Drew, Eleanor, Jacob, Mitchell, Caroline, Anna, Madeline, Tess, Charlie, Lorelei and Laney and 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings Mary Schuld, JoAnn Touchett and George Fink. He was preceded in death by his daughters Teresa and Molly and siblings Bette Phillips, Ed Fink and Cathy Daly.
A celebration of Art's life will be held on Friday, June 20 at St. Dominic Catholic Church,
Brookfield, WI with a visitation from 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon.
