Barbara Casper Obituary

Mrs. Barbara Manders Casper, age 85, of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 29, 2024.
Mrs. Casper retired as a seamstress with Empire Manufacturing Plant. She was a member of the Apostolic Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of Winder.
Mrs. Casper was preceded in death by her husband, Loyce Cecil Casper; daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Johnny Collins; son, Mike Casper; parents, Henry and Florence Moffitt Manders; siblings, Helen Manders, Rena Austin, and Charles Manders.
Mrs. Casper is survived by her children; Holly Turner of Bethlehem, Rodney Casper of Bethlehem, Dana (Marvin) Beyatt of Lexington, and Amy Holder of Hoschton; nieces, Susan Moubray, Martha Jean Day, and Carol Parks; along with ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 in the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Baker officiating. Burial will follow the service in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home.
