Barton is survived by his parents, Doug and Sabrina of Pilot Point, TX; maternal grandparents, Joe and Laquita Barton of Lake Kiowa, TX; paternal grandmother, Darlene Ellis of Gatesville, TX; aunts and uncles, Jason and Micah Barton of Evergreen, CO, and Clay and Sherre Barton of Frisco, TX; brothers Landon Ellis and wife, Olivia of Pilot Point, TX, and Caden Ellis of Pilot Point, TX; sisters, Morgan and husband, Charles Adams of Tulsa, OK, and Allison and husband Marshall Mordecai of Jonesboro, AR; nephews, Rayce and Dutton; and two dogs, Lucy and Sweet Pea.
Barton is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Ollie Ellis.
A visitation will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 1:00PM in the student center at the Cross Timbers Church of Argyle, 1119 S US Hwy 377, Argyle, TX. A funeral service will follow at 2:00PM with Brian Hackney officiating. Interment will be at Slay-Bloomfield-Jones Cemetery in Valley View, TX.
