Benito, as he was known as, Guy was born on November 8th, 1945, in Brownsville, Texas to parents, Fela Villarreal and Benito Hinojosa Sr.
Guy is proceeded in death by his mother, Fela Villarreal and father, Benito Hinojosa Sr.; his grandmother, Lucia T. Villarreal; his daughter, Veronica Hinojosa; brother, Ruben Hinojosa; his sister-in-law, Yolanda G. Hinojosa and his brother-in-law, Tony P. Gonzales.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Ruben Lisa-Hinojosa; daughter, Margaret H. Roman-Cruz; 11 grandchildren; his brother, Sonny (Yolanda) Hinojosa and his sister, Irma (Tony) Gonzales.
Services for Benito will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at Thomae Garza Funeral Home, viewing from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A holy mass will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in San Benito Texas.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Ruben Hinojosa, Tony Gonzales Jr, Orlando Hinojosa, Guy Hinojosa, Arturo Cavazos Sr. and Apolonio Rios.
Honorary pallbearer is his brother, Alejos (Sonny) Hinojosa.
A heartfelt thank you to Benito Hinojosa's provider of over 10 years Anita Rubio.
