Betty Patton Obituary

Mrs. Betty Jean Moore Patton, age 91, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on her birthday, Wednesday October 16, 2024.

She is survived by her son Gary Dale Patton; special niece, Norma (Terry) Thrower; special Nephew, Joseph Tony Moore; special niece, Barbara (Rick) Slossen; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Patton, Sr.; son, Donald Patton, Jr.; brother, Joseph C. Moore, Jr.; and Parents, Joseph C., Sr. and Maggie Lee Barnes Moore.

Mrs. Patton was a devoted Christian woman and a faithful member of Highland Pines Baptist Church in Aiken. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched, but we know that she is now in the presence of the Lord.

A funeral service honoring her life will be held on Tuesday October 22, 2024 at 11am at Highland Pines Baptist Church with Pastor Wesley Greene officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Aiken Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
