Billie was born March 17th, 1933, in a rent house, in the county between Belton and Nolanville, to Bunn and Ella Copin Alexander.
Upon completion of high school Billie went to Nursing school in Houston. After working for several years, she went to Scott and White as Nurse Clinician running the Ostomy and Skin care department.
She toured England and Scandinavian countries with other nurses.
Billie married Claude Brown and had two children, Mark & Lisa Brown. After divorcing Claude 18 years later, Billie met Don Cameron and had a 48-year marriage.
Billie worked as a Texas Health nursing, covering 26 counties.
Billie developed a blood clot in her brain at 91 years of age. Her brain fought to stay coherent, but she finally lost the battle.
