of Smithboro
Brandon John Webster, a cherished soul whose warmth and kindness touched everyone he met, left this world on December 26, 2024, following extended health issues with diabetes. Born in Endicott, New York, on April 12, 1970, Brandon's life was a testament to love, family, and the simple joys that make life worth living.
Brandon's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with the love of his family. He is survived by his loving wife and caregiver, Janette Webster; his proud sons, Rylan Gehm (Brooke Rogers) and Landon Webster; his devoted mother, Linda Brink; and his caring sisters, Wendy (Vince) Fierro, Heidi (Steve) Markham, Julie (Bryan) Godfrey, and Mindy Thomas. He will also be fondly remembered by his mother-in-law, Linda Gehm; brother-in-law, Jason (Traci) Gehm; his stepsister, Laura (John) Manley; stepbrothers, Larry E. Brink (Tracy Shields) and Todd Brink; and his dear special friends, Tom Robinson and Bobbi Jo Parry, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Brandon was welcomed into Heaven by his father, Walter Webster; stepfather, Larry Brink; father-in-law, John Gehm; and stepmother, Jamie Webster.
A graduate of Tioga Central High School, Brandon's infectious laughter and friendly demeanor made him a favorite among his peers. He was a life-long resident of Smithboro, where he reveled in the country living that brought him so much peace and happiness. Over the years, Brandon was employed at Salad Master, General Revenue Corp, drove a taxi for Deb and Leo Camp, and assisted his stepfather at Brinks Modern Homes, where his hard work and dedication were evident to all who knew him.
Brandon's interests were a reflection of his joyous approach to life. An avid fisherman, he found solace in the tranquility of nature. He was also one of the Dallas Cowboys' most enthusiastic fans, never missing a game and sharing his passion with his sons. Brandon enjoyed watching WWE and UFC, and his love for country music often led to impromptu singing sessions that delighted those around him. Above all, Brandon cherished time spent with his family, his grand dogs Aries and Gunner, and his cat Fluffy. A special thank you is extended to Greater Valley EMS and the Tioga Center Fire and Emergency Squad for their steadfast assistance and care. Their acts of service and compassion were deeply appreciated by Brandon and his family.
