She was born August 27, 1949 in Clarksville, Tn to Sidney Stavely and Martha Gladys Stavely.
She graduated from Stewart County High School as the salutatorian of the Class of 1967. She was a 1990 graduate of Trevecca Nazarene College with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources. She was a member of the Nazarene Church.
She enjoyed traveling, baking and was very involved in her community. Over the years she was a member of the Stewart County Chamber of Commerce, BP&W Club, Dover/Stewart Co Festivals Committee and a founder of Thunder Over the Cumberland. She played the piano for many occasions and events also teaching piano lessons.
She was survived by son Charley (Amy) Hardin, daughter Marsi (Chris) Boone, grandchildren Lucas (Tara) Boone, Emily (Dillon) Arrington, Chase Hardin, Sydney Hardin, great grandchildren Weston Arrington and Madelyn Boone.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Berea Church of Christ in Lebanon, Tn.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to a charity of your choice in her memory.
