Brian Anthony Naccarelli, of Dormont, formerly of Carnegie, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at the age of 45. He lived with cancer for the last 5 years.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his mother, Marianne; and his brother, Daniel.Brian is survived by his wife, Cathy; daughter Clara; father, Louis; brother, Michael; sister-in-law, Elizabeth; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Brian also leaves behind his favorite dog, Cricket, as well as his other dog, Cricket’s sister.

Brian was a graduate of Carlynton High School, where he participated in the musicals, was voted Prom King, and was once suspended for mooning the girls’ volleyball team. He went on to attend Edinboro University, majoring in Speech Communications. Brian worked as station manager at the radio station, and his love of music has only grown since then. He worked for many years at Technology Publishing Company, where friends became co-workers and co-workers became new friends.

Brian had a knack for bringing people together. Gatherings of random people often resulted in lasting friendships, and he made every wedding he attended more joyful by leading a rollicking rendition of Come on Eileen.
