Britta touched my heart over 30 years ago. Being the daughter of best friends, out families spent a lot of time together. Britta always made everyone feel comfortable and accepted. One wonderful example of that is my son, Michael, who was younger than all the others in the two families; Britta would make him feel part of the crowd by swimming with him and just hanging with him to make him feel included. She is one of the most loving souls I've ever been lucky enough to know.
