Bryan Hiltner Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lambie Funeral Home - Philadelphia on Sep. 30, 2024.
With heavy hearts but cherished memories, we announce the passing of Bryan David Hiltner on January 29, 2024. Born on December 24, 1960, in Philadelphia, PA, Bryan remained a loyal resident of his beloved city throughout his lifetime. He was a spirited individual with a humble soul and a witty sense of humor that endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Bryan lived a carefree and quiet life, always ready with a quick laugh and always there when you needed him. He was the embodiment of Albert Einstein's quote, "Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile."
Bryan was a reliable figure in the banking industry, working tirelessly in mortgage services. His work ethic was commendable, and his dedication was unmatched, always going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Bryan found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was a die-hard television enthusiast, his knowledge of pop culture and TV trivia never ceasing to amaze. Despite his accomplishments and the respect he garnered, Bryan remained unassuming and down-to-earth, his humility a testament to his character.
Bryan is lovingly remembered by his siblings, Linda Hiltner, Robert Hiltner, and William Jr. and his wife Nita. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Alberta Hiltner. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 08, 2024, at 11:00 am at Lambie Funeral Home, 8000 Rowland Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19136. This will be followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 pm. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
As we bid farewell to Bryan, we celebrate his life and the indelible impact he made on our lives. We encourage friends and loved ones to share their memories and upload photos of Bryan on his memorial page. Let's remember him not for his departure but for the love, laughter, and warmth he brought into our lives. His spirit lives on in our memories and in our hearts. As playwright Thornton Wilder once said, "The highest tribute to the dead is not grief but gratitude." Let's honor Bryan's life with gratitude for the precious moments we shared with him.
