Carl Eugene “Bub” Olds, Jr, 63, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024 in Shreveport, LA. Bub was born April 10, 1961 in Franklin, LA to Carl Olds Sr. and Annie Smith Olds. A memorial service honoring the life of Bub will be held at a later date.
Bub is preceded in death by his parents.
Bub is survived by his wife, Candice Olds; sons Carl E. Olds, III and Matthew Olds; daughters Clista Chavers and Rebecca Olds; sisters Linda Swibold and Tami Beaudion; brothers Larry Lee, Robert Olds, Donald Olds, and William Olds; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
